Big Al, Chuck-E & Frisky & the Pulse resident team rocked our 2006 event @ Hay-on-Wye Castle grounds- Hereford. After attracting hundreds of people, the outdoor theme changed for the 2007 Annual PULSE Summer Dance Event, and took place @ Penmaenau, Builth Wells on Saturday July 7th 2007. With over 1000 people in attendance, DJ's Big Al, Jon the Baptist & Chuck-E, Mars W, & Flo Jo- played alongside resident / promoter Jonny B in what was an AWESOME event. This year, we have grown again and bring you Wales' number 1 hard dance duo, Wales' finest trance DJ, Wales and the South West's number 1 hard trance DJ & hard trance producer, alongside some familiar names.

Its impossible to talk about hard dance in Wales without mentioning the awesome duo, Cally & Juice. They have been great ambassadors for the hard dance scene in their home country, rockin their residential gigs @ Bionic & Breathe each month, as well as featuring at all the UK's major events including Frantic, Hard House Academy, Concept, Tranzaction, Gods Kitchen & Gate Crasher. They have rocked major festivals including Cream Fileds and EITP, and have had over seas work in the United States, Ibiza & Germany. Their label 'Ourstyle' is doing the buisness in the record stores, and there is so much more we could go on and on and on.... In 2006 Big Al was asked to join the now legendary Kiss FM Team, where he delivers his weekly supply of electronic dance music to an ever-increasing audience. His faultless mixing and perfect programming has earned him plays all over the world from South America to Asia including Judgement Sunday's-ibiza, Pacha-Buenos Aires, Westfest-Engalnd, Babyface-China and not forgetting his residency at Liquid Nightclub in Cardiff and also at the legendary Escape in the park festivals. Flutlichts hard trance anthem 'Icarus' was also remixed by Al, and had release alongside the original mix, and another remix from none other than S.H.O.K.K.

The south west's number 1 hard trance producer, and Wales number 1 hard trance DJ teamed up in 2005 to write the tune 'Intolerance'. Now, in 2008 the boys are a full time DJ & production duo, spinning @ events including Tranzaction, Bionic, Defqon1, Frantic, Addiction, Atmosphere, Concept, Slammin Vinyl & Hardcore Heaven. Along with Mars W they run the Intolerance Recordings label, which is one of the very best European Hard Trance labels on the scene. The massive 'Future Sound Corporation' label in Italy, is the other 'home' label, and they have had had 3 tunes signed to this label already in 2008. Estee has become 1 of the most popular DJ's in Wales. Spinning @ events including Bionic, Syndicate in Bristol, Gatecrasher, & Time Flies. She is very active within the scene and also co-promotes 'Rude Awakening' 'Phunkt' and the charity events 'World DJ Fund' & 'Mix for Life' Her debut production 'jaded' is set for release on the aweosme 'Traffik' label. Her partner for this evening is DJ Lanie. Lanie has graced the wheels of steel @ events including Bionic, Audio Deprivation, Romper Stomper, & Atomic. Turning her hand to anything from Gabba to trance! Tonight we see the sexy ladies drop a funky chunky set!

FINDING THE EVENT
Travelling from the South
from Brecon continue along the A470 travel to Builth Wells turn right over
Bridge opposite Lion Hotel following signs for Rhayader A470 passing the
little chef on your right take the first exit left off the roundabout
directly in front of you, To your right you will see the Royal Welsh
Showground travelling along the A470 you will pass the Suzuki garage on your
left continue approximately 400 yards further and you will pass a large
lay-by on your left travelling a further 100 yards you will see the wide
entrance to Penmaenau on your right
Travelling from the North
From Newtown continue along the A483 through Llandrindod Wells continue
heading along the A483 for Builth Wells until you reach the main roundabout
outside the Royal Welsh Showground take the second exit left signposted
Rhyader A470 follow the A470 passing the Suzuki garage on your left hand
side continue along the A470 until you pass a large lay-by on your left hand
side travelling a further 100yards you will see the wide entrance to
Penmaenau on your right hand side.
